Bike Trip

A Bike trip. It is a truly ambiguous word. Are you going to the market to get some food? Out for a few hours to explore? Or are you going for a few days?

Bicycles are one of the best ways to explore. Taiwan has lots of bike trails and good bike infrastructure. Combine that with warm weather and you have great (but sometimes wet) year-round biking. Taipei has the U-Bike system where you can scan your MRT card and rent a bike. The east coast has some amazing trails to bike. If I went to the west coast more I could probably tell you more about what is there.

I got my current bike when a fellow teacher was leaving to return to Canada.

Either way, these two are so close together that they make one good combined bike ride.  They are in Ji-an and are an alternative to part of the Chuyin Bicycle Path.

Mountain Road
